Tai Long Wan 大浪灣
Tai Long Wan is the run of wild, white-sand surf beaches on the Sai Kung coast, reachable only on foot or by boat.
It is widely called Hong Kong's most beautiful stretch of shore.

Getting there
Take residents' route NR29 from Sai Kung Town Hall to the pavilion near the end of Sai Wan Road, then walk in via Sai Wan to Ham Tin. The full Geopark route on to Pak Tam Au is about 12km and 5–6 hours; from Pak Tam Au, bus 94, or 96R, 289R and minibus 7 at weekends and on public holidays, return you to Sai Kung

Good to know: There is no lifeguard service — none of the Tai Long Wan beaches is a gazetted LCSD beach. Weekend stores at Sai Wan and Ham Tin sell water and soft drinks, but Geopark still advises carrying enough water and food, sunglasses and a sun hat.
