A drinks school directly above Prince Edward MTR exit B1, teaching WSET wine levels 1 to 3 alongside IBA-accredited bartending, barista, sake and Chinese tea courses.
Founded by Damon Yuen, who holds an oenology doctorate from Reims and chairs the wine trade's education committee — the theory is serious, but the classes are hands-on.
