Hong Kong's first modern Central Asian restaurant brings the nomadic flavours of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan to a snug, earth-toned room in SoHo. The halal, alcohol-free kitchen turns out hand-pulled beshbarmak, smoky grilled meats and fragrant teas across both a la carte and tasting formats.

Opened in late 2025, it is a genuine first for the city's dining scene and a warm introduction to a cuisine rarely seen in Hong Kong.
