Wong Chi Kei 黃枝記
A Macau-born noodle house dating to 1946, Wong Chi Kei still presses its springy egg noodles the old way with a bamboo pole, and its Central outlet has won over Hong Kong's wonton-noodle devotees.
The basement shop on Stanley Street opens early for breakfast, ladling out plump shrimp wontons and silky congee.
