The Ice Bath Club is a Kennedy Town recovery studio built around communal 3-10C ice baths, a hot magnesium soak and an aromatic social sauna.

After a hot-and-cold circuit you can refuel at the in-house cafe with specialty coffee, acai bowls and protein smoothies.
