Pat Sin Bakery 八仙餅家
Pat Sin Bakery is a beloved old-school Chinese cake shop on Nam Cheong Street, baking traditional Cantonese pastries in Sham Shui Po since it moved here in 1978.
Its flaky wife cakes, filled with winter melon, almond and sesame and lightly spiced with five-spice, sit alongside walnut cookies and preserved-egg tarts for just a few dollars each.
