Kyanbasu by Mt. Yotei
Billed as Hong Kong's first lamb-focused izakaya, this cosy Gough Street spot from the Mt. Yotei team dry-ages more than twenty cuts of lamb in-house. Expect a lamb omakase of hand-chopped tartare, 48-hour char siu and a seasonal lamb soup, with premium cuts sourced from New Zealand, Japan and Mongolia.
It took over the former Bedu space, trading Middle Eastern small plates for an unapologetically lamb-obsessed menu.
