Kwan Kee Bamboo Noodle 坤記竹昇麵
One of the last shops in Hong Kong where noodles are still pressed the old way — a chef riding a bamboo pole to work the dough into springy, eggy strands. A Michelin Bib Gourmand regular in Cheung Sha Wan.
