Daigo marks sushi master Mori Tomoaki's return to Hong Kong, a 20-seat counter in Central run alongside his long-time apprentice Tony Leung.
Each chef oversees half the room, serving languorous lunch and dinner omakase of impeccable seasonal sushi.
