Club Ditto is a light-filled specialty coffee and tea bar on Sai Wan's South Lane, from coffee sensory judge Sophie Chan and tea-and-water sommelier Alky Ma as part of the Architecture Commons collective.

Its matcha coconut cloud, whisked matcha over coconut water, is an early signature, and an ambitious cocktail programme is on the way.
