Ankôma

French-JapaneseCauseway Bay$$$$

Ankôma is chef Frankie Wong's French-Japanese tasting-menu restaurant, relocating from a three-year run in Tsim Sha Tsui to a new 28-seat dining room in Causeway Bay's Cubus tower in mid-September 2026.

Wong, winner of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau Young Chef Award 2025, is joined by the restaurant's first dedicated pastry chef, Tina Lam, and a larger kitchen with its own dry-ageing and fermentation facilities.
