ABC Cooking Studio
The Japanese cooking-school giant, founded in 1985 and now 130-plus studios strong, keeps its sole Hong Kong studio bright and open on the seventh floor of Hysan Place.
Cooking, bread and cake courses run hands-on from morning until 10.30pm, with trial lessons for the merely curious.
