Hong Kong doesn't lack for one-off yoga pop-ups, but a three-day, 60-activity wellness takeover of an entire mall atrium is a different scale altogether. Manulife x AIRSIDE Longevity & Wellbeing Fest lands at Kai Tak from 4–6 September 2026, the first edition of what the organisers are billing as an annual event, and it's stacked with enough yoga, breathwork and sound healing to fill a weekend.

What is the Longevity & Wellbeing Fest?
This is the first collaboration between insurer Manulife and AIRSIDE, the Nan Fung Group mall and office tower in Kai Tak, and it's a genuinely large-scale programme for a three-day event. According to AIRSIDE's official event listing, more than 30 instructors and guest speakers will lead over 60 activities across fitness, mental wellbeing, emotional wellness, health knowledge-sharing and lifestyle experiences, staged across The Atrium on AIRSIDE's second floor.
The headline programme is branded "MOVE Well", a rotating class schedule covering yoga, breathwork, sound healing, CrossFit and even urban farming. It's a broader spread than most single-studio wellness days, closer in spirit to a compact version of a wellness expo, and it slots neatly alongside Hong Kong's existing calendar of yoga studios and fitness offerings rather than competing with them directly.

Every MOVE Well class booking comes with a complimentary wellness goodie bag worth over HK$400, while stocks last, including workout supplies, health supplements and healthy snacks.
Why mall-based wellness festivals are having a moment
Kai Tak has spent the past year building out a reputation beyond its stadium and sports park — AIRSIDE alone now hosts everything from a permanent art gallery to a trampoline park, and this wellness fest is the mall's most ambitious health-focused programme to date. Running the event across a Friday and full weekend gives it a broader reach than the typical single-day studio open house, catering to both after-work regulars and weekend family visitors.
For anyone whose fitness routine has stalled since the summer heat set in, it's a low-commitment way to sample formats you might not otherwise try — sound healing and breathwork sessions are both on the schedule alongside more familiar options like yoga and CrossFit, without committing to a studio membership.
Getting to AIRSIDE
AIRSIDE sits directly above Kai Tak MTR Station on the Tuen Ma Line — take Exit C for direct underground access into the mall. The Atrium is on the second floor. Full class schedules for each day of the festival (4, 5 and 6 September) are published as downloadable timetables on AIRSIDE's event page, so it's worth checking which sessions require advance booking before you go.
Whether it's a one-off sound healing session or a full weekend of sampling new studios, the Manulife x AIRSIDE Longevity & Wellbeing Fest is a low-risk way to shake up a routine before autumn sets in.
