For Causeway Bay specifically, it's another sign of the neighbourhood's ongoing food-and-drink refresh — Lee Gardens has spent recent years building out its dining and lifestyle offer well beyond the district's reputation as a shopping-only destination, and a headline new bar-restaurant brand with a three-year revenue-leading track record at home is a meaningful addition to that push.

Lee Garden Three sits within the wider Lee Gardens complex on Causeway Bay's Lee Garden Hill.
