Founded in 1943, Tai Tung Bakery is one of Hong Kong's oldest traditional cake shops, famous in Yuen Long for its wife cakes and ham-and-five-kernel mooncakes.

The old-school storefront still draws pilgrims for seasonal pastries and Lunar New Year sweets.
