Liu Man Shek Tong Ancestral Hall 廖萬石堂
Built in 1751 and declared a monument in 1985, this three-hall, two-courtyard complex is the grandest ancestral hall of Sheung Shui's Liu clan, rich with plaster mouldings, woodcarvings and murals.
Free to visit Monday and Wednesday to Sunday (9am-1pm, 2pm-5pm; closed Tuesdays) — pair it with a wander through the surrounding walled village lanes.
