The official bun-maker of the Cheung Chau Bun Festival, baking ping on bao 'peace buns' stamped in lucky red for over 40 years — it turns out 60,000-plus for the festival alone.
Open daily from 6am; the steamed sesame, red-bean and lotus-paste buns come off the racks from about 2pm, and weekend queues move fast.
