A Sham Shui Po legend on Pei Ho Street, Kung Wo has been turning out silky soybean tofu pudding since it settled here in 1958.
On a busy day it sells thousands of bowls; the fried tofu and fresh soy milk are just as essential. A Michelin street-food regular.
