Honbo turned a tiny Sun Street shop in Wan Chai's Star Street Precinct into one of Asia's burger benchmarks, its dry-aged smash patties and house-made buns named among Bloomberg's best burgers in the world.

The menu stays tight and confident: cheeseburgers, a vegan option and crinkle-cut fries, all done properly.
