Hong Kong's newest major arts venue, formally opened in November 2025 as an art-tech hub with five performance spaces including the 1,200-seat Hall and 536-seat Theatre.

Its opening season alone packed in 17 programmes and 80-plus shows — drone-dance premieres, laser-and-live-music sets — putting Kowloon East firmly on the culture map.
