Bistrot's Suzette is a new all-day French bistro that opened on 4 August 2026 in Kai Tak's Cullinan Sky Mall. The space, designed by Hernan Zanghellini, leans into classic Parisian bistro codes — burgundy-striped walls, hand-painted murals, glossy red tables and vintage cutlery — with floor-to-ceiling French casement doors that open onto a terrace. It's dog-friendly, with treats offered to four-legged guests on arrival.
Who's behind it?
The bistro is a partnership between Silver Spoon Restaurants and Consultant Chef Tiff Lo, who trained under three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann at Koffmann's in London and worked alongside Michel Roux Jr, Phil Howard and Raphael Duntoye before opening her own well-regarded neighbourhood bistro, jean may, in 2020. Her pedigree shows in the details — proper stock reductions, a classically built onion soup, and a Crêpe Soufflé à la Suzette that gives the restaurant its name.

Starters run through bistro classics: chicken liver parfait, pâté de campagne, steak tartare and French onion soup gratinéed with Gruyère.
