Built in the early 16th century by two Tang-clan brothers, this declared-monument ancestral hall stands beside its grander twin on the Ping Shan Heritage Trail and once housed the Tat Tak School.

Three halls and two courtyards mirror the neighbouring Tang Ancestral Hall, with carved beams and a quiet, lived-in calm; open free to visitors daily.
