A graceful Qing-dynasty study hall in Kam Tin's Shui Tau Tsuen, Yi Tai Study Hall was endowed by Tang-clan scholars and declared a monument in 1992.

Its open courtyard, scholarly couplets and fine plaster mouldings make it a quiet, atmospheric stop among the walled villages around Kam Tin.
