Violet Hill rises 433 metres between Wong Nai Chung Gap and Repulse Bay, its ridge trail rewarding hikers with sweeping views over Tai Tam, Stanley and the southern coast.

Often linked with the calf-burning steps of The Twins on the Wilson Trail, it's a classic Hong Kong Island climb that can end with a Repulse Bay beach swim.
