A much-loved artisan bakery a short stroll from the Mui Wo ferry pier, turning out naturally-leavened sourdough, French baguettes and flaky croissants made with a house starter.

It is a favourite refuel stop for Lantau hikers and islanders, and even runs hands-on bread-making workshops.
