Perched on the 102nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton, Tin Lung Heen pairs two Michelin stars with some of the highest dining views anywhere in Hong Kong.
The cooking is classical Cantonese done with real polish, and the barbecue meats are a particular strength. Go at dusk for the city lights.
