Tin Hau Temple, Aberdeen 香港仔天后古廟
Built in 1851 with funds pooled by local fisherfolk, this two-hall temple honours Tin Hau, the patron goddess of seafarers who once watched over Aberdeen's boat people.
Rare female pottery figurines line its roof ridge; now hemmed in by busy streets after generations of reclamation, it remains a working neighbourhood shrine.
