Pastry chef Rania Hatoum's couture tart concept has opened its first permanent flagship at THE SOUTHSIDE, pairing sweet and savoury creations with a daily-limited Hong Kong-style caviar egg tart.
Alongside the chilled tart counter sits RH Fine Dining, Hatoum's members-only French-Japanese private kitchen, giving the boutique patisserie by day and tasting menus by night.
