Sugar King
A tiny Havana-style bodeguita tucked under the steps at the top of Peel Street, Sugar King is bartender John Nugent's love letter to Cuban drinking — daiquiris, Cuba Libres made without cola, and a famously good flan.
The rotating list keeps things to a handful of signatures; it is walk-ins only, with standing room and a sliver of terrazza for warm nights.
