Billed as Hong Kong's first centre to put indoor snow sports and surfing under one roof, Snow & Surf fills a Kwai Chung industrial space with a revolving ski deck and a warm-water surf simulator.

It's a novel, weatherproof playground for would-be skiers, snowboarders and surfers, with lessons pitched at all ages and abilities.
