A micro-roastery in To Kwa Wan named after the founder's family dried-seafood store, Sang Cheong, pairing old-neighbourhood nostalgia with serious house-roasted beans.

A second branch has since opened across from PMQ in Central, but the original remains a coffee-lover's pilgrimage.
