Ping Kee Noodles
A fifty-year-old stall on the upper deck of Tai Po's cooked-food centre, Ping Kee still presses its own bamboo-pole noodles and folds wontons by hand, a bowl famous enough to have drawn Anthony Bourdain.
It's a breakfast-and-lunch affair, so arrive early and note the midweek closing day.
