The ruins of a 1903 British coastal-defence battery, once the highest gun emplacement in Hong Kong, strung along an easy heritage trail through Lung Fu Shan Country Park.

Open daily and free to roam, the moss-covered bunkers, command post and gun platforms make an atmospheric detour off the Peak Circle Walk.
