The first overseas outpost of a Korean seafood chain with 40-plus branches back home, Minyoung Fresh Fish Factory landed in North Point in May 2026 with premium hoe (sashimi) platters of salmon, yellowtail and Korean white fish.

Beyond the raw bar there are spicy fish-roe stews, mala stir-fried clams and sashimi rice bowls — a slice of Korea's harbour markets on Electric Road.
