Sok Kwu Wan's largest waterfront restaurant, Rainbow has been serving steamed garoupa, salt-and-pepper prawns and stir-fried clams to ferry-loads of diners since 1984.

The big draw is the free shuttle boat from Central and Tsim Sha Tsui, turning dinner into a mini island excursion.
