Believed to be the oldest temple on Lantau, Tai O's Kwan Tai Temple was first raised in the Ming dynasty and rebuilt in 1741, dedicated to the red-faced God of War.

A Grade II historic building in the heart of the old market, it remains a working shrine wrapped in incense smoke and village history.
