Founded by globally influential wine critic James Suckling, this intimate Central wine bar pours from a list of more than 350 Old and New World labels, including many of his own 100-point picks.

Relocated in summer 2026 to a snug, warmly lit two-storey space on the steps of Shin Hing Street, it serves around 20 wines by the glass alongside a tight menu of cheese, charcuterie and small plates.
