Hon Kee Seafood Restaurant 漢記海鮮酒家
A long-running seafood house in the Lei Yue Mun fishing village, where you pick live fish, prawns and crab from the waterfront stalls and Hon Kee's kitchen cooks them Cantonese-style.
Steamed grouper, ginger-and-spring-onion crab and salt-and-pepper mantis shrimp are the classics here, eaten looking out over the harbour channel.
