This Temple Street stalwart grew out of a typhoon-shelter dai pai dong and now turns out more than sixty kinds of charcoal claypot rice alongside its famous oyster-and-duck-egg pancake.
A Michelin Guide regular, it serves up as much street theatre as supper.
