Fountain de Chopin is a 4,500-square-foot jazz haven tucked inside a San Po Kong industrial building, devoted to live gigs, jam sessions and the city's only formal jazz course.

Founded in 2021, this grassroots collective has grown into one of Hong Kong's most electric stages for improvisation and emerging local musicians.
