Choi Lung Restaurant 彩龍茶樓
A self-service village teahouse partway up Tai Mo Shan where you grab your own dim sum from the steamers, rinse your own cups and settle in with hikers and birdsong from before dawn.
Open roughly 5:30am to 3pm — pair it with the Chuen Lung streams and a Route Twisk walk for the classic weekend morning.
