The open-air harbourfront ground beside the Observation Wheel is Hong Kong Island's biggest event stage, hosting the AIA Carnival, ComplexCon, concerts and food festivals.

With Victoria Harbour as a backdrop and Central piers a few minutes' walk away, it switches from funfair to festival to fan zone across the year.
