A flat, leafy and largely traffic-free promenade running roughly four kilometres along the Mid-Levels hillside, Bowen Road is one of Hong Kong Island's best-loved spots for walking, jogging and morning exercise.

Shaded by a green canopy with fitness stations and sweeping views over Wan Chai and Central, the trail passes the folklore-famous Lover's Rock near its eastern end at Stubbs Road.
