Blendies
Blendies is a viral Bangkok gelato brand that has opened its first store outside Thailand at K11 Art Mall, Tsim Sha Tsui — announced by Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) on 10 July 2026.
Founded in 2023 by Chef Bam, Thanachot Thammapeera, the brand is known for a dense, creamy, ice-crystal-free gelato made with premium ingredients sourced from France, and no artificial colouring, flavourings or preservatives. Its Hong Kong debut comes with an exclusive Napoleon egg tart flavour.
What to order: the exclusive Napoleon egg tart flavour, made only for the Hong Kong launch, or the charcoal-roasted pistachio gelato that's known to sell out.
