Rising to 457 metres above Kowloon Tong, Beacon Hill sits on the historic Kowloon ridge within Lion Rock Country Park and rewards walkers with panoramic city-and-harbour views.

Its slopes once formed part of the wartime Gin Drinkers' Line, and ridge paths connect onward to Lion Rock and Eagle's Nest.
