Who is Trevor Noah, and why does this show matter?
Trevor Noah is the South African comedian and author who hosted Comedy Central's The Daily Show from 2015 to 2022, and who has hosted the Grammy Awards for six consecutive ceremonies. He is a regular arena-level draw on the international stand-up circuit, and his last visit to the city — the 2019 Hong Kong leg of his global tour — sold out quickly. This October's run marks his first Hong Kong stand-up dates since then.
The scale of demand has already shown itself: an early presale using the code TREVORHK ran on 9–10 September and sold out, prompting promoters to add the 27 and 28 October dates on top of the original 26 October show before general sales even opened on 11 September.
The Hong Kong shows: dates and venue
All three shows run at MacPherson Stadium (麥花臣場館), the mid-sized Mong Kok indoor arena that regularly hosts comedy, badminton and community events. Doors are timed around an 8pm start each night.

Tickets are priced across four tiers — HK$688, HK$788, HK$888 and HK$1,088 — depending on seating position inside MacPherson Stadium. The presale window (9–10 September, password TREVORHK) has closed, but general sale tickets for all three nights went live on 11 September via Ticketflap. Given how quickly the first date moved, book ahead rather than leaving it to the week of the show.
How do you get to MacPherson Stadium?
MacPherson Stadium sits just off Nathan Road in the heart of Mong Kok. Take the MTR to Mong Kok Station and leave via Exit E2; it's roughly a five-minute walk north along Nelson Street from there. The venue has no dedicated on-site car park, so the MTR is the simplest way in on a show night — allow extra time, as Mong Kok's streets get busy in the evening regardless of the show.
Good to know: because MacPherson Stadium is a mid-capacity venue rather than an arena like Kai Tak Stadium or AsiaWorld-Expo, sightlines are close even from the higher-priced tiers — arrive with time to find your seat, since a full house takes a little longer to settle than at a bigger venue.
