Jin Bo Law first opened in Aldgate, London, in 2018; Dorsett Kai Tak marks its first venue outside the UK. Reservations run through TableCheck. Spend HK$500 before 6pm or HK$800 after 6pm and the hotel throws in free parking for two or three hours respectively — worth knowing if you're driving in from elsewhere in Kowloon.
What's on the menu?
The headline draw this year is "A Timeless Hong Kong Tale," a cocktail menu curated by newly appointed beverage manager Damon Fung that runs from 25 February through 31 December 2026, built around a journey through the city's history. It sits alongside the bar's regular Drinks Menu and a Bar Bites sharing menu. During the daily Sunset Hours (5–8pm), expect signature and classic cocktails, a selection of wines and creative mocktails at reduced prices as the city shifts from day to night — and, when weather allows, views over the harbour and the new Kai Tak Sports Park from the open-air terrace.
Why Kai Tak, and why now?
Jin Bo Law's Asia debut lands as Kai Tak completes its transformation from the old airport site into one of Hong Kong's newest entertainment districts, anchored by Kai Tak Sports Park and Kai Tak Stadium a short ride away. The rooftop's harbour-facing position has made it a pre-concert stop for events at the stadium, and its infinity pool (open 1 April–31 October, 9am–1pm and 2–7pm daily, weather permitting) doubles as a daytime draw for hotel guests.
