What is Fello?
Fello is a two-storey, self-serve cocktail bar from Shelley Tai, the bartender behind Mius — her first solo venture, which opened in August 2025 and has since picked up Foodie Forks 2026's Best New Bar award and a debut placing at No. 36 on Asia's 50 Best Bars list, alongside a Bar Design award. Where Mius built Tai's name, Fello is the more relaxed, come-as-you-are follow-up.
The concept centres on human company over ceremony: there are no reservations and no table service. Guests order and watch their drinks shaken at the counter, against a backlit menu that spells out every ingredient and ABV level up front, then collect food hot off the pass themselves. The room is built from warm-coloured, warm-crafted bars, tables and seating designed to nudge strangers into conversation rather than tucking them into private booths.
What's on the menu?
The cocktail list runs to eight drinks, spanning 7–21% ABV and priced HK$100 to HK$130. Tai's twist on classic styles — Bee's Knees, espresso martinis and palomas — sits alongside her own signatures, including a pineapple basil smash, a Gyokuro melon punch and a peony pear smoothie, all built around the simple, Asian-accented flavours she is known for.

Why go to Fello instead of another Central bar?
Central and neighbouring Lan Kwai Fong are not short of cocktail bars, but most still run on the reservations-and-table-service model.
