This programme used to be called Wine & Dine Month. For 2026 the Hong Kong Tourism Board has renamed it Hong Kong Gourmet Month and given it firm dates, 1 to 30 November, running citywide once the Wine & Dine Festival finishes at the harbourfront on 1 November.
The format is restaurant and bar promotions, limited-edition dishes, and a Late-Night Dining Guide that HKTB says is planned. What makes it worth a diary note rather than a shrug is the hand-off from the festival: your festival ticket stub is the key to the month's offers.
Event Essentials
Keep your festival ticket stub
HKTB has confirmed that Wine & Dine Festival ticket stubs unlock offers at selected restaurants and retailers through Gourmet Month. That turns the festival's HK$40 on-site admission into the cheapest thing on the whole autumn food calendar, because it buys an evening at the harbourfront and then a month of discounts. Anyone going to the festival on its last day, Sunday 1 November, is holding a stub on the first day of Gourmet Month.
The catch, and the reason not to build plans around it yet: the outlet list, the offers and the redemption rules are not published. Nobody can tell you today which restaurants take the stub or what it is worth. Treat the stub as worth keeping, not as a booked discount, and check the official programme before you make a reservation on the strength of it.
What is actually confirmed
Confirmed: the name, the dates of 1 to 30 November 2026, that it is citywide, that it covers restaurant and bar promotions and limited-edition dishes, that festival ticket stubs unlock selected offers, and that a Late-Night Dining Guide is planned. Checked against the Hong Kong Tourism Board's official festival and Gourmet Month page, 12 October 2026.
Not confirmed, and not worth guessing at: individual venues, menu prices, how many outlets take part, and whether the stub offers are discounts, set menus or something else. Anything you read naming specific Gourmet Month restaurants right now is ahead of HKTB.
