The Food Expo is where Hong Kong stocks up — a vast hall of free samples, premium dried seafood, snacks, wine and health products, all building to the famously chaotic bargain-hunting of the closing days. It's run annually at the HKCEC since 1989, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).

What to expect
